As of the 21st of March, Freeview are changing the frequencies on the Crystal Palace and Reigate transmitters where they may be completely off at times, causing signal loss to any products that have Freeview on them.

We've established that one of our business email addresses (
avhire@avensys.co.uk
) has been copied or spoofed for malicious activity for phishing scam emails.
The email title is 'Important - New Account Invoice' purportedly from 'Natwest Bank'. This may have gone straight to your spam folder and as with any suspicious email, do not open or click on any links unless you are sure of the source.
We think our address has been spoofed as we don't believe any emails have been sent to our commercial or consumer customer databases, which makes it more complex to determine the source. From the current investigation, we do not believe any of your personal data has been compromised (unless you have clicked on any of the links in the email).
We are currently investigating where this has originated.
